Introducing:  NEW Fitness & Yoga Programs at Dakota CC!

Motivation is a tricky thing. There are days when you feel like you can run a marathon and others when you just want to curl up on your yoga mat and take a nap. Our fitness & yoga programs will help keep you active, provide a social connection and add consistency to your fitness regime.

Learn proper techniques and receive the guidance you need to reach your health and fitness goals.

Start your day on the right foot with a variety of yoga, cardio, or zumba classes offered at DCC!  
Fall Session:  Monday, September 25 to Friday, December, 2017

When: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday mornings except statutory holidays.
Where: Jonathan Toews Sportsplex gymnasium.

Good Morning Fitness and Yoga (55 years of age or older) *proof of age is required

*All passes expire December 22, 2017

*There are no classes October 5 (evening classes) and October 9, 2017


ALL NEW PARTICIPANTS MUST COMPLETE A PAR-Q FORM PRIOR TO JOINING ANY FITNESS CLASS AND SUBMIT TO THEIR INSTRUCTOR UPON ARRIVAL TO CLASS.
