Motivation is a tricky thing. There are days when you feel like you can run a marathon and others when you just want to curl up on your yoga mat and take a nap. Our fitness & yoga classes will help keep you active, provide a social connection and add consistency to your fitness regime.

Learn proper techniques and receive the guidance you need to reach your health and fitness goals.

Bootcamp

The early bird gets the worm!  Join our Bootcamp Monday, Wednesday, and Friday mornings from 6:00am-7:00am and strive to meet your fitness goals!  
Spring session 2: Monday, May 8 - Friday, July 21, 2017

When: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 6:00am - 7:00am (except statutory holidays).
Where: Jonathan Toews Sportsplex gymnasium.

ALL NEW PARTICIPANTS MUST COMPLETE A PAR-Q FORM PRIOR TO JOINING ANY FITNESS CLASS AND SUBMIT TO THEIR INSTRUCTOR UPON ARRIVAL TO CLASS.
