Course Description:

 The Full Time Hockey Academy program is for athletes that are looking for hockey specific training to improve athleticism and overall strength, power, and conditioning. This program focuses on three to four strength lifts per week complimented by conditioning sessions designed to recover the athletes system more efficiently while building stamina and explosive speed endurance.

Course Description:

The Part Time Hockey Academy program is for athletes that are looking for hockey specific training to improve athleticism, while also participating in extracurricular work such as on ice training or playing another sport. This program focuses on three strength lifts per week with additional conditioning at the end of each session to help recover the athletes system more efficiently while building stamina and explosive speed endurance.
