Motivation is a tricky thing. There are days when you feel like you can run a marathon and others when you just want to curl up on your yoga mat and take a nap. Our fitness & yoga classes will help keep you active, provide a social connection and add consistency to your fitness regime.

Learn proper techniques and receive the guidance you need to reach your health and fitness goals.

DAKOTA COMMUNITY CENTRE has partnered with STRIVE to bring you the ultimate fitness experience and coaching. STRIVE’S individual adult training is unique, effective and fun while remaining safe for everyone at the same time. If your goals include weight loss/control, improved mobility, increased strength or more flexibility, then our ALWAYS COACHED philosophy is for you! Our Coaches and exercise protocol will keep you focused, motivated and accountable. Each session focuses on the individual while run in a group setting by our STRIVE coaches.
