*NEW* Tai Chi

Tai chi is a low-impact moving meditation used to improve balance, circulation and overall well-being. It is an art embracing the mind, body and spirit. Tai chi is one of the most effective exercises for the health of mind and body. This set of 108 movements are generally done standing, but can be adapted for different levels of abilities. Try something new!
