January is Buddy Month!

Looking for something fun and active to do with your friends? We’ve got you covered! For the entire month of January, Dakota Community Centre is offering Buddy Month. All members are welcome to bring a friend along to enjoy an activity of their choosing.

  • Members may bring 1 buddy per visit.
  • A buddy must be accompanied by a current member to enjoy one free visit.
  • When you arrive at DCC, simply tell us that you are bringing a buddy to the fitness centre, weight room or group fitness class and we’ll check you in.
  • If you are bringing a friend to any of our group fitness classes, they must also reserve a spot on SignUp (see link below).

Bring a buddy and you both get rewarded!

  • If your buddy buys a minimum 6-month fitness centre and/or weight room membership, both of you will receive an extra month added to your membership for FREE.

You can bring a buddy along with you to one of the following:

  • Fitness Centre
  • Weight Room
  • Group Fitness Class
    • Yoga Flow – Mon & Fri at 9am
    • Gentle Flow Yoga – Tue 10:15am & Wed 9am
    • Restorative Yoga -  Wed 11:30am & Thur 6:30pm
    • Restorative Yin  - Mon 10:15am & Friday – 11:30am
    • Yin Yang Yoga – Thur 10:15am
    • Total Body Strength – Fri 10:15am
    • Hi-Lo Strength – Tue 9am
    • Strength & Cardio – Mon 11:30am
    • Tabata – Monday 1pm
    • Zumba – Tue 6:30pm & Wed 10:15am
    • Zumba Toning- Thur 9am & Fri 1pm

Fitness classes can fill up so make sure you and your buddy reserve your spots before coming!
