Women's, Men's and Mixed Categories

Tournament categories will include Women's, Men's and Mixed Teams for each of the following skill levels:

  • Novice (under 3.0)
  • Intermediate (3.0 – 3.5)
  • Intermediate + (3.5 – 4.0)
  • Advanced (4.0+)

Categories will include 20 teams, split into 4 pools of 5. Each team will play a 4 game round robin followed by single elimination playoffs.

* Social Tickets: Two FREE tickets are included with each team registration as part of your welcome package. Additional tickets may be purchased for $10 each at Customer Service. Tickets will not be available at the door.

Tournament Guidelines
Round robin games are single games to 11 points, win by 1.
Playoff games are single games to 15 points, win by 1.
Finals will be a best of 3, games to 15 points, win by 1.
There will be line judges for the finals only.

To ensure both members of a team are able to secure a spot in the tournament, players must register as a team.

We encourage all participants to register at the level of play to match the stronger player on the team. If you are not sure what level to register check out the ratings below:

2.0 - Brand New to the sport

  • Little to no knowledge of rules & strokes
  • Little to no experience in racquet sports
  • Highly recommend to take an Intro Clinic

2.5 - Beginner:

  • Understands rules and how to keep score
  • Learning basic strokes
  • Developing limited consistency in hitting the ball
  • Understanding starting positions

2.75 - Advanced Beginner:

  • Beginning to control the direction and height of shots
  • Good understanding of starting positions and moving up to the non-volley zone
  • Developing basic serves and volleys

3.0 - Low Intermediate:

  • Consistently hitting forehand and backhand shots
  • Understanding basic game strategy
  • Some consistency in serving and volleying

3.25 - Intermediate:

  • Capable of playing a rally with some consistency.
  • Starting to incorporate more advanced shots like lobs and drops.
  • Understanding defensive shots and dinking

3.5 - Advanced Intermediate:

  • Demonstrating consistent strokes with control and placement.
  • Utilizing various shot types effectively.
  • Use defensive and aggressive shots with some consistency

3.75 - Low Advanced:

  • Competent in executing a variety of shots with consistency.
  • Demonstrating improved court coverage and anticipation.
  • Beginning to build a point and exploit opponent weaknesses.

4.0 - Advanced:

  • Consistently hitting with power and placement.
  • Competent in both offensive and defensive play.
  • Consistently placing shots to exploit opponent weaknesses.

4.25 - High Advanced:

  • Strong consistency and shot variety.
  • Demonstrating advanced strategy and tactics.
  • Competing with other advanced players regularly.

4.5 - Expert:

  • Excellent shot selection and execution.
  • Strong understanding of court positioning and movement.
  • Competing at high level tournaments leagues regularly.

5.0 - Pro:

  • Masterful control and placement of shots.
  • Exceptional court coverage and anticipation.
  • Competing at the highest levels of competition, including semi-professional or professional matches.

Teams withdrawing before March 28th will receive a refund minus a 25% admin fee. There are no refunds after March 28th.

Yes, a player may register for two different categories. This applies to the following combinations:

  • Men's & Mixed Doubles
  • Women's & Mixed Doubles

You cannot play on two Mixed Doubles teams.

During registration you will be prompted with a schedule conflict. Click 'Ignore Conflict' to proceed with registration. 

Note: this may result in you playing back-to-back games during the tournament. 

No, players will not be able to play on two Mixed Doubles teams.

No, players will not be able to play on two Men's Doubles teams.

You can only play in a Men's and Mixed or Women's and Mixed categories, not in two Men's, two Women's or two Mixed teams. Signing up for two events of the same category will result in games being scheduled at the same time and your team having to forfeit.

No, registration is per team only. Please register under one account and include your partner's name.

All categories (Men's, Women's, & Mixed) will be playing on both days, but at separate times. Please ensure you are available for both tournament days.

Note: Games will be played by each category at different times on each day. You will be able to play in two different categories, see the FAQ above for more information.

If a category is full, join our waitlist! If a team cancels, we will reach out to those on our waitlist to fill spots.
