30th Annual Christmas Craft Sale

Saturday, November 4th, 2017 & Sunday, November 5th, 2017

 

Book your vendor space now for our annual Craft Sale. Spots are filling up fast so get your application in quickly if you want a place at one of the largest community craft sales in Winnipeg!

Booth Rentals

22 booths (lower hall) 10 feet x 10 feet Power or No Power*
4 booths (lower hall) 6 feet x 10 Power or No Power*
17 booths (upper hall) 8 feet x 13 feet Power*
 26 booths (upper hall) 6 feet x 10 No Power

*EXTENSION CORDS are not provided.  Please bring heavy duty cords at least 50 feet.

  • A total of 21, 10 feet by 10 feet booths will be available on the main floor and an additional 48 assorted booths upstairs. (Not all booths have power) Booths must be set up as a booth with displays around the total area.
  • All tables are 8 feet in length.  (If you would like a smaller table you must supply your own.) If more than one 8 foot table is required, please request at the time of application. Remember to be considerate of the vendors on all sides.
  • All table coverings must hang to the floor at the front of your table.
  • No additional tables or fixtures of any size is permitted at the end or in front of your table. This will be strictly monitored.

Booth Rental Includes

  • Admission for two vendors per table. Any additional personnel at your table must buy a pass for $5 or pay daily admission of $4
  • Free coffee for the two days
  • Your listing in the Show Directory (Name and phone number only).   

Please Note: An item valued not less than $15.00 must be donated at time of your Registration package pick up. Additional same items should be available at your table.

Set-Up

Set-up times:
Friday from 11:00 am to 8:00 pm or Saturday morning at 8:00 am*.
*All set-up must be completed by 9:30 am Saturday morning.

Please check in at the registration desk upon arrival. You can unload your display in the front (south) parking lot or at the service entrance at the back of the building. Please bring your own dollies. All boxes and extra stock must be stored out of sight under your table and displays must be staffed at all times. 

Please remove your car promptly from these loading zones. Parking is available in the Jeanne Sauve School parking lot north of the Community Centre and your license plate numbers must be given upon registration.

Early take down on Sunday is not permitted.

Other Details

  • There will be a canteen available on lower level and Tea Room on upper level.  
  • Coffee for upstairs vendors will be available at far end of hall and for downstairs vendors in canteen. Refreshment cart will go around at the lunch hour.  
  • There will be advertising for the craft sale in flyers, newspaper ads, posters, website, and promotional signage.

Vendor Registration

All applications from previous crafters must be returned by April 30th, 2016 in order to guarantee their same booth. Those applications received after the deadline will be entered in a table lottery drawn on June 30, 2017 for the remaining booths.
