Minds in Motion includes a gentle chair fitness class followed by engaging activities and conversation. It is designed to connect people living with early to moderate signs of dementia and their care partners through fitness, fun and friendship (You do not need a formal diagnosis to participate).

For this program, the caregiver and participant will register as a pair.  We ask that the caregiver register for the program and indicate the participants name during registration.  This single registration will register both the caregiver and participant into the program.  Registration is $65.oo and covers both the caregiver and participants registration into the program.

Summer Pickleball Clinics: Intermediate Level 2
August 27, 2026
3:30pm - 5:30pm
Thursday

Intermediate 2 clinic is where your game starts to feel in your control. This is the level where you add precision, pressure, and creativity, the kind of shot making that makes you smile.

You already have the fundamentals and the consistency from Intermediate 1 or previous play. Now it’s time to layer in the skills that make you unpredictable, intentional, and confidently competitive. In this clinic, you’ll learn how to reset under pressure, recognize higher‑level patterns, choose smarter shots, and turn defense into offense with purpose.

At this level, your game becomes more strategic, controlled, and enjoyable. Instead of simply reacting, you’ll shape each point, manage the pace, and play with a clear plan.

Cost: $25.00
Registration opens July 2, 2026
