Information is power and can have a significant impact on your health and wellbeing. In these FREE information sessions, professionals will share their insights on a variety of topics with a presentation followed by a Q&A session.

Each session will feature a presentation by an informed speaker, followed by at Q&A session where you can ask questions and get answers.

Female Lazers Cup

Feb. 13 – 16

Dakota CC and Lazers Hockey Club will host the 1st ever Female Lazers Cup on Feb. 13 to 16, 2026. Presented by Source for Sports, the tournament will showcase U9 and U11 female teams from across Manitoba.
