Practice Your Hockey Skills

Stick & Puck/Ring

ALL Skaters MUST wear a CSA approved helmet.
No shinny, scrimmages, games, slap shots, formal instruction or goalies during Stick & Puck.
Hockey gloves are recommended.
Only people wearing skates are permitted on the ice.
No food, drinks or gum is allowed on the ice.
Use of cell phones and/or headphones while on the ice is not permitted.
Chairs, homemade skate aids, child car seats, baby carriers or strollers are not permitted during Stick & Puck.
All participants aged 8 and under must be accompanied on the ice by a parent or guardian.
Dakota CC reserves the right to limit the number of skaters on the ice.
Inappropriate behaviour, language and/or unsafe activities will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the ice.
If participants encounter issues with other skaters, please inform DCC staff at the Fieldhouse in person or by calling 204-254-1010 ext 215

Due to the increased popularity of Stick and Puck, for the safety of participants, effective immediately the DCC will be limiting the number of skaters allowed on the ice to twenty four. Register online at dakotacc.com or call (204)254-1010 prior to the session date and DCC staff will check in participants as they arrive. We appreciate your understanding as we work to ensure the safety and enjoyment for all. Also, a reminder that helmets are required for everyone participating in Stick and Puck and that no scrimmages are permitted.
