MANITOBA COMPETITIVE TRAINING CENTRE is designed for Figure Skaters and their Coaches for instruction and training sessions.  Please contact Skate Winnipeg at for more information and a list of available figure skating coaches.


  • Regular Monday to Friday sessions take place from September 3, 2019 - June 26, 2020. Sunday sessions start on September 8, 2019.
  • At certain times throughout the season, there will be some adjustments to your schedules due to other bookings.
  • There is a Monthly Calendar on the Dakota Community Website, please check it out for any cancelled sessions due to hockey tournaments etc. It is up to each skater and coach to keep track of dates!
  • Last seasons purchased tickets are expired and are not usable for the coming season.
  • For all MCTC sessions there will be a “SIGN IN BOOK” for each skater to sign their name and write their ticket number. The ticket is to be placed in the sleeve corresponding to the session they have purchased. 


Orange Tickets:  Open to all levels

Yellow Tickets:  Pre-Juvenile & Above

Green Tickets:  1 Hour - Open ticket (Tuesday & Friday are Junior Competitive Skaters Only)

Red Tickets:  Pre-Juvenile & Above 

Pink Tickets:  Pre-Juvenile &Above


Orange Tickets $215 (20 sessions) Tuesday - Thursday 6:30am - 9:00am
Yellow Tickets $340 (20 sessions) Monday - Friday 2:30pm - 5:00pm
Green Tickets $215 (20 sessions) Monday - Friday
(Junior, Tuesday and Friday Only)*
4:00pm - 5:00pm
Red Tickets $240 (20 sessions) Sunday 1:50pm - 3:20pm
Pink Tickets (New) $340 (20 sessions) Sunday 1:50pm - 4:40pm

Casual Morning Drop In - $20.00 per session (Includes gst)
Casual Afternoon Drop In - $30.00 per session (Includes gst)
Casual Sunday Drop In – $30.00 per session (Includes gst)
Casual Junior Drop In, Tuesday & Friday - $20.00 per session

*Skaters who are lower than Pre-Juvenile may skate only on Tuesday and Friday from 4:00pm - 5:00pm. Please note this session is 1 hour in duration.


  • ONLINE REGISTRATIONS - After skaters have purchased their ticket books from the Dakota Community Centre website, they can collect their books of tickets from the Fieldhouse office by presenting their email confirmation. Hours are Monday to Sunday 6:00am - 10:00pm 
  • CASUAL DROP IN  - Drop fees must be paid at the Dakota Community Centre Fieldhouse reception desk prior to accessing the ice. After payment has been made, the receipt will act as your ticket and must be placed in the ticket sleeve. 


There is a monthly calendar of skating sessions below; the onus is on skaters and coaches to keep track of all sessions each month. There will be NO emails to inform of any ice changes!
