It is a simple way to get active and get a feel for what happens inside the Centre, especially if you have been curious but have not had a reason to stop by.Guests can explore opportunities such as the Fieldhouse Track & Fitness Centre, group fitness classes, pickleball, and other programming.No commitment. No pressure. Just a chance to see what fits your plans to improve your health & fitness.For some, that might mean finding a new fitness class. For others, it might be walking the track for the first time, trying pickleball, or realizing Dakota is a fantastic facility and more accessible than they thought.Doors Open Dakota is also a reminder that the Centre is not just for one type of person or one kind of athlete.
