Do Pickleball Passes expire?Pickleball passes expire after 3 months (10 passes), 6 months (30 passes), and 12 months (50 passes), respectively. Passes can be used for our Sign-Up, DUPR Ladder and Drop-In Sessions. Are balls and nets provided?Yes, Pickleball balls and nets are provided free of charge Can I rent a paddle?Absolutely! Pickleball paddles can be rented for $2.00 each at the Customer Service Desk. How do you determine who plays who?We use a paddle rotation system that encourages fair and equal court time. If you are new to the paddle rotation system, please ask for assistance from the other players. Can I play at a different skill level during Sign-Up Sessions?Dakota Community Centre does not encourage this behavior as it is unfair to the players that use the courts at their designated time. When can I reserve my spot for Sign-Up?Pickleball Sign-Up is available 14 days to 24 hours in advance. What if I cannot attend my Sign-Up session? You can cancel your reservation via the Sign-Up website or you can call the Customer Service Desk at 204-254-1010 Ext. 215 What if I don’t cancel my Sign-Up reservation?If you don't cancel your Sign-Up reservation and do not attend the session, Dakota Community reserves the right to debit a visit from your Pickleball Pass. Do I need to be a member of Dakota Community Centre to play?No, memberships are not required to play Pickleball at Dakota Community Centre. What about sportsmanship?Dakota CC encourages good sportsmanship and bullying behavior will not be tolerated. Any inappropriate behavior should be reported ASAP and will be dealt with fairly.
