DCC employees, patrons and volunteers have the right to a safe and respectful environment while working, attending events or participating in activities. The DCC has zero tolerance for acts of verbal/physical abuse and bullying. This includes:

• Swearing
• Shouting
• Blatant disregard of DCC policies and procedures
• Inappropriate, disrespectful or belligerent behavior

Conduct of this nature will result in action that may include refusal of service and/or reporting to the appropriate authority.
