Active For Life - Older Adults

Dakota CC’s Active for Life program offers a wide variety of activities, fitness and wellness opportunities participate in!  We have new and innovative programs developed to engage your mind, body and spirit as you age.

At DCC, our programming for older adults considers all ages and activity levels and includes modified yoga, cards, floor curling and more! We invite you to check out some of the programs we offer and suggest you check back often for new programs and schedule updates.

Dakota Fitness & Yoga 

Older Adults are entitled to discounted rates for regular Fitness and Yoga Programs at Dakota. Instructors use modifications to accommodate a variety of fitness levels.  Choose from yoga, Zumba/dance fitness, strength training, cardio, and bootcamp.

Learn proper techniques and receive the guidance you need to reach your health and fitness goals.
